Bio
Steve is an intellectual property attorney with an industry background in wireless communications and electric power systems. His practice focuses on patent, trademark, and trade secret matters, including securing IP protection, litigating IP disputes, and counseling on IP strategy with regard to infringement, invalidity, freedom to operate, and due diligence.
Steve has significant experience in drafting and prosecuting provisional, design, and utility patent applications for domestic and foreign clients in technical subject matter for electrical and mechanical areas, including communications, antenna systems, cellular and data networks, network devices, computer software, electronic devices, e-commerce, marine systems, and medical device fields.
Steve has also participated in all aspects of patent litigation lawsuits, from complaint stage to jury trial, as well as appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
