Bio
Maximilian D. Meese is an intellectual property attorney with a background in industrial and information systems. Prior to joining The Webb Law Firm, Max began his professional career in the fields of computer software and product development. At The Webb Law Firm, Max is a member of the trademark and patent innovation practice groups, and regularly assists with litigation. His practice also focuses on conducting clearance and infringement searches for brands, products and services.
Max received a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems & Information Engineering from the University of Virginia, focusing his studies on human perception and mixed/virtual reality therapy for amputees. Max earned his J.D. from the William & Mary Law School, where he pursued advocacy by successfully competing in a number of national trial competitions.
