The Pittsburgh Technology Council is pleased to present Mark Hurd, CEO of Oracle Corporation.  Mark Hurd is the chief executive officer and serves as a member of the board of directors of Oracle Corporation. Mr. Hurd is responsible for corporate direction and strategy while also overseeing Oracle’s activity in consulting, sales, marketing, alliances and channels, and support. He is also responsible for Oracle’s global business units for industries, creating products for specific markets and industries such as telecommunications, financial services, health sciences, and utilities.  Prior to his time at Oracle, Mr. Hurd served as chairman of the board, chief executive officer and president of HP.
